The Department of Digital Game Design was established in 2021, and it is the first department in our country to offer undergraduate education in the field of game design among state universities. Our department has set out with the mission of representing our country in the international arena, producing projects that will add value to our country, and raising designers in the field of digital games, which melts technology and art in the same pot.
The education given in our department is designed to provide students with a broad artistic vision, as well as to introduce them to the most innovative technologies, to use these tools, and to provide them with the ability to produce new technologies that have never been produced. The Digital Game Design department, which provides an interdisciplinary education by its nature, focuses on problem solving ability and producing real industry experience.
From the history of art to the history of games, from computer coding languages to advanced artificial intelligence studies, we have opened our doors to train students who are competent in both theoretical and practical applications and will be pioneers in the contemporary world.
